Belir is a Polish DJ and producer living in Bali. He builds sets the way you'd plan a journey: he reads the room, picks a direction, and takes the floor somewhere it didn't expect to go. His sound is rooted in Afro House, with percussion and melody carrying equal weight, laced with Arabic, Turkish, Indian and Slavic textures.
Behind the decks he's all warmth and joy. His energy spreads across the floor, and it's hard to watch him play without smiling and starting to dance. He came up in Wrocław's scene, at Transformator, Ciało, Tamka and House Tęczowa, sharing lineups with Robert Babicz, Worakls and Joris Delacroix. He also played festival stages at LAS, The X Festival and four editions of Leśne Wąsy. Seasons in Da Nang - Vietnam followed, at Maia, Saga and Blue Sky Bar. Since moving to Bali, he become a resident at Red Ruby, had chance to light up Wild Ones at Les Toilettes and Atlas Superclub, and The Shady Pig. What he's chasing hasn't changed: a room full of strangers smiling and dancing like they know each other.
